As you and your party of fabulous guests are likely all new to Roatán and may not know each other or have seen one another recently, organizing a welcome party is a great way to help everyone meet & greet, and get into the adventure mindset that a true destination wedding calls for. A welcome party is also a great moment to share with your guests what they can expect during your wedding, especially if you’ve planned extra activities for them like our island tours. Rehearsal Party Overview

As they say, practice makes perfect, so what a better way to make sure your big day runs smoothly than by scheduling a rehearsal before your wedding? At Roatán Events we take care of the logistics necessary for you to do just that. A day or two before your wedding, we can help you prepare everything and have the rehearsal dinner that will get your friends and family ready for your perfect day. This would take place at your wedding venue and would last around 1-2 hours.

Bachelor Party

Bachelor Party Overview

We know getting married is a big step to a totally new life, so we’re more than happy to help you celebrate this and have the time of your life before your wedding! So if you’re wanting to celebrate one last time with your girls or with the boys, know that we don’t only organize the wedding for you, we can also schedule some fun times before the wedding. Our island is known for fun, music, and lively people. Bachelor’s parties are actually very common on our island for locals and foreigners alike. With plenty of great venues in the islands, we can find the perfect place for your party if you don’t wish to organize it in the same venue as your wedding. We also arrange transportation to and from the party to make sure you can have fun with peace of mind. Several activities, games, and entertainment shows can be coordinated for you to kiss the Bachelor or Bachelorette life goodbye. Your wedding planner will be more than happy to assist here as well!

Island Activities

Roatán is not only a wedding paradise, but is also an island of adventures. You can find some of the finest diving spots in the Americas just off the coast of our island, luscious rainforests where you follow hidden paths, perfect spots for the practice of water sports, plenty of yoga and spa retreats, and of course, you can swim with dolphins!
