As the island possesses venues and professional services for all kinds of budgets, putting together the right event at the right budget can get tricky very quickly without insider know-how and networks. That’s why we’re here to make it easy for you, whether your hosting a wedding, a celebration or a professional event.

Photography & Video

Worried your friends and family will take a tilted photo of one of the most important moments of your life? We know the feeling. For your peace of mind, let our professional photographers handle all the special memories of your big event! We have enlisted the top photographers on the island for you to choose from to suit your personal style.They offer quality, a great price and are always available for assistance. As a bonus, they’re experts on finding the best angles and photo spots in your venue and are pros at making instagram-ready shots.

Your package includes 1 - 2 hours of professional coverage including photos during the ceremony and a post-ceremony photoshoot as a couple and also with your guests. You can also add more hours to your package.

Live Music

No destination wedding would be complete without live music, preferably live music with local vibes. We have rounded up the best musicians in Roatan and placed them at your disposal to liven up your wedding and get your guests dancing some fast and sexy Latin American rhythms or slow and sultry tunes. Live music is played during your ceremony and reception and can include songs of your choice that you request beforehand. At your disposal we have the following: - Guitarist - Soloist singer - Local Band - Violinist - DJ

Hair & Makeup

We have the best stylists and makeup artists on the island available for you and your guests to create the perfect look for your big day. Our professionals are ready to suggest looks or create any look you share with them beforehand. When you arrive on our island, your beauty professional will meet you in the room provided for you to get ready and they will proceed to doll you up immediately. You can also request the hair and makeup services for other guests ahead of the wedding.

Wedding Favors

Do you want your loved ones to keep a small piece of our island and remember your wedding? Or are you just looking for a small detail to add a special touch to your wedding? At Roatan Events we have a selection of wedding favors you can choose from. Some of our most popular ones include:

- Personalized Coconuts: picture perfect young coconuts with a message of your choosing or the names of the couple.

- Personalized Boxes: specially decorated boxes with a message from the bride and groom and containing small island details of your choosing.

- Personalized Napkins: usually inscribed with the initials of the couple.

- Welcome bags: something unmissable for destination weddings. A custom bag containing goodies for the guests to make them feel well received and comfortable in your paradise of choice.

- Photo Booth / Frame: We can design modern frames, florals, instagram style frames or with a theme of your choice that matches your unique wedding.

- Handmade Invitations: These are the ultimate touch, we can get beautiful custom-made ones for your guests.

All such goodies are personalizable for the couple and can be modified according to your taste. Of course, we’re open to suggestions, so if you have your own idea for a wedding favor, don’t hesitate to share it with your wedding planner. We’ll make it happen!

Officiants

Some couples want a religious ceremony while others prefer a secular wedding with all the fanciness of a religious union. For that purpose we have a selection of officiants that can cater to your preference in this area.

You can request to be married in a religious ceremony with a pastor or priest. Alternatively, you can also have a local officiant not connected with any religious denomination that can guide the ceremony. Do you want specific religious passages to be read? Simply ask your wedding planner and we’ll book everything for you.

Concierge

Wedding planning is already a huge task and it can be even more daunting in a completely new country. Therefore, we have an elite concierge service as part of our offerings. Is meant to keep your needs met by helping you find the best restaurants, procure goods, book tours, and plan the perfect accomodation for you and your guests in the best hotels, making sure your stay is always comfortable. The only thing you will have to worry about is enjoying your wedding and our island!

Cakes

What is a wedding without cake? At Roatán Events we have hired the very best cake makers on the island, who not only come up with drool-worthy pastries, but also with instagrammable designs, so pretty you won’t want to take a bite off of them (although we encourage you to do so!). Beyond conventional flavours we can also get you tropical fruit and flowers. As always, your wedding planner is the one to contact.

Included in every package you’ll get a gorgeous tiered cake of the following sizes:

One Tier	For 5-20 guests
Two Tiers	For 25-50 guests
Three Tiers	For 60-100 guests

Bigger cakes or additional cakes can also be requested in case you have more guests planned.

As to the design it is entirely up to you! You may choose any design and colors you want for your big day, just send us a photo of the cake you would like and we will get it for you!

In addition to cakes, you can also order other yummy sweet treats like cupcakes, cake pops, and macarons. These are available upon request at an additional cost. In case you don’t want a cake, that’s not a problem either we can get you some delicious island treats instead! As usual, your wedding planner will be the one to make it happen!

Florist

Whether it is fresh flowers in your hair, a beautiful bouquet for you and your girls or petals in a basket, flowers will bring your wedding to life. They give a wedding flair and personality, make it feel all the more lovely. With the many options we have available, you have an opportunity to customize the floral look and feel of your wedding. Alongside your wedding planner, we have a professional florist that helps create the floral look you want for your wedding. Select a special color theme or maybe just some special ribbon to hold together a few elegant stems. With Roatan Events and the luscious nature of our island, the possibilities are almost endless!

Included in your basic package are a bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonniere, you may also choose to add the following:
